Ken’s current work focuses on partnering with new firms to analyze business plans, navigate the challenges of choosing appropriate partner companies, negotiate agreements, and source vendors for various business needs.

Ken Wandstrat is the founder of KRW Consulting and brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry across multiple areas of expertise, including sales, marketing, training, management, and business development. Ken has helped launch many front-end businesses, including some of the largest firms in the industry today. Ken has done numerous television and radio interviews on the topic of helping consumers with debt, and was invited to speak at the American Association for Debt Reduction (AADR) formerly known as the American Fair Credit Counsel (AFCC).

Before starting KRW Consulting, Ken spent 13 years leading Freedom Debt Relief’s Wholesale division, successfully enrolling over 428,000 clients during his tenure. Prior to that, Ken specialized in lending industry marketing and sales with New Century Mortgage Company and in product marketing with the Proctor & Gamble Company.

Ken earned his B.A. in Liberal Arts and his M.B.A. (Management) from Xavier University.

The pandemic has been hard on everyone - socially, emotionally, and financially. During the lock-down, I created a project to stay in touch with people I care about. I’ve always loved the poem “The Cremation of Sam McGee” by Robert W. Service, so I had my friends and family each do a creative interpretation of one or more sets of lines.
